We found these great knifes on our journeys through Los Picos de Europa in Spain.
They are handmade folding knifes from Taramundi in the Asturias region.
Specially made for us by a Spanish handcrafts-man.
This knife has a carbon steel blade. Some people, like us, prefer carbon steel because it keeps itself sharp. Ebony wood is though and strong.
