XT500 DIRT TRACKER

Our next built in progress is based on the iconic indestructible XT500 chassis and engine. Tank is stock XT, seat, cowl, and air scoop are fabricated by hand in alloy. The engine had a top-overhaul, bottom was in perfect order : ). Fueled by a Mikuni TM36 flat slide carb. It has rebuilt front forks, custom rear light and plate assembly, Super Akront handlebars that are fabulous. Very hard to get and thus super-rare. Tires are Dunlop dirt track tires and rims are also of Akront origine. Spokes are stainless steel.
We’ve come to the electric circuit. Lots to do still…
